What is a Valve ?
A valve is a device or natural object that regulates, directs, or controls the flow of a fluid (gas, liquid, flowing solid, or slurry) by opening, closing, or partially blocking various passageways.
Although valves are technically fittings, they are usually treated as a separate category. In an open valve, fluid flows from high pressure to low pressure. The word comes from the Latin valva, meaning the moving part of a door, and in turn comes from volvere, to turn, to turn.
valves are operated by rotating handles. The simplest and very old valves are simply free-rotating flappers that rotate downwards to block the flow of fluid (gas or liquid) in one direction, but when the flow moves in the opposite direction, they are forced upward by the flow itself. will be pushed up. This is called a check valve because it prevents or "controls" flow in one direction.
Modern control valves can regulate downstream pressure or flow and operate in highly automated systems.
Valves have many uses, including water control for irrigation, industrial applications for process control, and residential applications such as on/off and pressure control for dishwashers, washing machines, and household faucets.
However, valves are used in compressed air systems, and ball valves are the most common.
What is Todo ?
TODO is recognized in many industries as a leading provider of couplings and accessories, always putting safety and efficiency at the forefront of every industry. There is no need to test alternatives .
TODO's products are manufactured from materials such as aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, and we offer a long list of o-ring grades.
This flexibility allows the brand to serve a wide range of industries including offshore, chemical, liquefied petroleum gas and aviation.
TODO units are designed to safely transfer oil and gas in both liquid and gas phases.
The TODO-dry brake coupling has been developed based on the strengths of TODO-MATIC with important improvements for use with liquid petroleum gas.
Clip-on and twist mechanism minimizes spillage during separation. Downtime is also reduced, with market-leading pressure drop for rapid, spill-free delivery, and a reset kit to quickly return to working condition without leaving the field.
TODO's reputation for safety and reliability stems from decades of cooperation and success with our trading partners.
They have been providing solutions to the chemical valve market for decades. TODO is recognized by industry leaders for its ability to meet a wide range of customer needs. There is no need to test alternatives to this image.
TODO II tank unit TODO is always looking for ways to innovate our core industry portfolio. Introduced globally in 2021, the next-generation TODO II drybreak coupling delivers reduced maintenance time, reduced pressure loss, weight savings, and TPED certification.
What is Todo Valve ?.
Todo valves are valve components used for the supply and discharge of liquids and air., in the industries., they are another form of quick disconnect couplings.,
Todo Valves are also known as a dry break valves because of its seamless disconnect to save the leakage. it highly automatic to save fluid.
the connection of Todo valves are interchangeable with the male to the female moving clockwise and anticlockwise in the opening and closing position respectively.
It comes in different materials like bronze , Stainless Steel, Aluminum etc ., and the sizes ranges from 2" - 6" diameter.
